We are in a residential zone with house on the sea of the Beach of Avola, town of around 32.000 inhabitants famous all over the world for appreciates "Pizzuta of Avola" and the vine "Nero d'Avola", among Syracuse and Noto. The annex is found inside the garden of a villa of 1150 mqs surrounded by the green of its lawns less than 100 meters away from the sea. Independent and reserved, with ample external spaces, absorbed in the most absolute calm, you/he/she can entertain up to 4 people.
The residence has a habitable surface of 50 mqs. Is composed by a living room end kitchen of 36 mqs with air conditioner and Television, a bed room, a complete bath with shower. In front of the house around two sides ample porches furnished with garden furniture, that allow to sojourn and to eat to the open one.
